Hey buddy had the same with Keith michaels . They could not quote as i had not got experience with a wrx for a year ? I am 42, 5 years claims . Not sure if you tried rac but they managed to quote 367 readies , well happy with that....good luck with ya quote...ps it was cheaper going through autotrader comparison site than direct to rac.

Hi Drive,

If you live and park on a bend and keep getting hit on the same bend, this may be an issue. Insurers will view this as only being a matter of time before someone hits the vehicle and either drives off without leaving details, or is uninsured, meaning your Insurer would be picking up the bill.

Providing we have supporting detail (ie. background circumstances) in relation to the incidents, non-fault accidents that have been recovered (and are not a sting of accidents in a similar scenario to above) shouldn't be a major problem to all Insurers.

It may mean that you would be better off picking up the phone to apply for quotations, which would allow you to provide better background detail in relation to the respective incidents. As the kind of figures you're being quoted do seem a bit high.

We may be able to look at this for you, but you would need to be aged over 25 and will need to have consistent performance car driving experience in your own over the last 8-12 months for us to be competitive.

You can either call our dedicated telephone on 01277 376000 during office hours to apply, or alternatively you can apply via our website www.greenlightinsurance.co.uk

Kind regards

Tony

That explains it, just wondering why you was getting stung so much but with an ongoing claim by an uninsured driver may be the reason.
But glad you got a decent quote:thumb:
