Keith Micheals - Can i have my proof of no claims please
 

As per the title, I've asked over the phone, left voice mails and sent emails and still have not had a copy. New insurance company have been nagging for weeks, their only slightly contented now because they were included in my last email asking for it.

Our admin department would deal with that, but pm me your details and i'll ask them to send it.

Who have you been e-mailing and leaving messages for? My voicemail message states that paperwork queries need to go through to the main office number.

First time I rang i was put through to someone in renewals. Second time I spoke to a man, explained i needed my proof of no claims and was transfered and got a voice mail. Time after that i went straight to voicemail and the email address i've been using is admin@keithmichaels.co.uk

I'll drop you a Pm with my details and give you a try next year :)
