Titanic re-enactment

Is it just me, or did anyone else ask the question.....

When this re-enactment cruise gets to the fatefull spot, is it going to hit an iceberg??

Have they told the people on board, the water is bloody cold at this time of year

I thought it turned back due to bad weather?

davegtt 10 April 2012 09:36 PM

It turned back because of an ill passenger.

mart360 10 April 2012 09:37 PM

Apparantly its on the way again.....

FlightMan 10 April 2012 10:22 PM

I think it was just you. Because it really is a stupid bloody question. :D

Why are they doing a re-enactment? You can currently watch Titanic related programmes on about 6 channels and at the cinema. What could they do differently from these other programmes?

if they could link it with Nazis and Sharks it would make for a really cool programme, and cover most bases

it hasnt changed for the last 99 years, and nothing was stopping them from going out there then....

must admit, it would be very unfortunate if the they did hit a bloody berg!!!

Surely the have to hit an iceberg or it isn't a true re-enactment.

It'd be like a Star Wars re-enactment, in which Alderaan hasn't been destroyed, so Han Solo just drops off the plans of the Death Star, picks up his pay cheque and heads off on another job.

Hanley 11 April 2012 09:27 AM

They've lost a bit of time dropping the ill passenger off so they're going to make it up by going full speed through the cold misty nights in iceberg territory :)

Leslie 11 April 2012 02:28 PM

If they want to attend the spot in support of those who were killed, why not?

But what are they going to see - naf all!

I would have thought that one big stretch of ocean was pretty much the same as any other

I never knew there were so many Titanic 'enthusiasts'.

Have you been scrawling xenophobic graffiti recently, Mart?
