hi jura, i mailed you a while back for advice u prob dont rem. car is running: td05, 100 cell sportcat straight through to ninja backbox, k&n panel filter,3 port and later spec map sensor, yellow 440,s and adj. fuel reg. apexi ecu and commander and still on slanty top mount. andy said injectors were only on 90% duty and could have had a bit more. he reckons with a front mount and cold air intake we could max the td05 at around 340. is running @ 1.3 bar boost atm. power from 3000rpm is really strong right through to red line.
very happy with the result.

my wagon is on the wagon thread prob near the last page or 2. got some pics of the main man at work will stick them up tom. 1 of the scottish sidc guys got 357bhp on his gb 270, andy from RA persuaded him to buy a vf 34 from him and stick it on lol. got a good result! another guy from glenrothes got 460bhp in his 2.5 hawkeye wagon which had had a cosworth rebuild! was a good day and im sure they enjoyed their drive home as much as i did!

Great results matey from yesterday and your wagon looks good, love those new allooys:thumb:

I was said before VF34 is probably best turbo for Impreza WRX which is best suited for WRX,if you will be hungry for more power, just search for VF34

As i said before on other threads, depends how you are drive and how is treated box and from this i would go,some broke box at 330bhp,some running above 400bhp(Harvey run on his high 500bhp+)

TY754 should be best bet and you will be OK with this box at this power and above:thumb:

thanks jura, andy f estimated 350 so they got a bit more which was a good result. i was speaking to the guy with the hawk and he only had a 5 speed in it!! 460 bhp in a 5 speed? i never thought it would take that power but he said he treats it well an just likes the odd blast. he also badly needs to upgrade his brakes! he still running on subaru 4 pots so we all told him to get some k sport 6 pots or something on it.

Hawk 5speeds are strong too,but really depends how you are treat the box...

350bhp on yours will be like 400bhp on new age wagon and i will bet will be amazing to drive:thumb:

4pots on 460bhp,bloody hell i wouldn't run this figure, but as you are recommend K sport should be OK,but add there good pads(PF pads should be my choice)

cheers jura, one more thing id like to ask: any good recommendations for fast road pads? ive got godspeeds kevlar pads and they are bedded in now and are fine but with a bit more power now im thinking to upgrade the pads? also is braided lines and a brake stopper worthwhile? thanks m8.

Hi there

Contact here Alyn@AS Performance(stockcar here on SN) about the pads,we are run Ferodo DS2500,they're great and really they're dusty, but i would go with Pagid Blue RS4-2 or Performance Friction pads everytime.

Hel/Goodridge Braided lines will be good upgrade and worthwhile and brake stopper should be good too, with good brake fluid you should be have nice setup
