Milltek Fitting On Your Drive

Hi All,

Off for a remap next week but need to get the rest of my exhaust fitted. I already have the cat back in place so it is just from the turbo manifold down to the flange of the centre section.

Do you think this is easy enough to do on my drive or is it a real pain in the arse?

Also will I need to buy a new tubby gasket?

Cheers all.

Can be a right PITA dependent on how seized the bolts are, spray with them with penetrating spray (e.g WD40) every 2 hours or so for 1/2 a day before hand, that tends to help free them up.

Also a breaker bar will give you the leverage needed, be prepared for sheared bolts as a worse case though

I found downpipe easy to change, just soak bolts day before and get new ones just in case anything breaks

Do I need to replace the gasket and any ideas on what size bolts I need and where to get them.
