Classic rear bumper hanging?

All of a sudden my rear bumper has started to sagg a little bit on each side?

Is this a common issue with classics? There are mud flaps fitted the only thing I can think off is maybe they become caught on the tyres whilst reversing.

Im going to take it to a body shop on friday and hope they can put it right? :wonder:

You might find the support bar is rusted away.

You can get decent replacements off e-bay for aroud £15-£20

Looking at those pics it looks as if someone has nudged the back of your car with theirs

Aye, that's possible, but the bumper hasn't moved towards the front of the car, just hanging down.
