Top speeds in a classic STi?

Got an STi R with a wrx block-heads/td05h-16g (with 8S ecu tuned to suit and running 3-port at 13psi) hks intake and dp/kakimoto 3" exhaust. Planning on possibly switching for a VF28 or VF34 soon as the TD is too laggy and runs out of puff before 7k and the usual first stage stuff walbro/plugs/mapped 6S ecu/fmic etc.

Would be hoping for around 320-330hp (currently sat around 250hp I would estimate). Question is, on the short-ratio box what would be the top speed I'd likely to achieve?

The TD doesnt pull hard once it starts revving past 5k, seems to have most of its grunt once boost comes on at 3k. Because of this I've never really given it any juice in 5th as there's limited point.

the 16g is a good little turbo, i dont think you have got it set up right. a mate of mine did a rr with his last weekend and made 344hp at 1.1 bar on his 16g. get rid of that ecu and get it mapped
