Done! The voice of the public needs to be heard!

SiDHEaD 12 December 2012 12:32 PM

This helped get the 3p rise planned for January scrapped (not deferred)!

I agree - the whole pressure of the campaign has had a lot of media coverage and supplied direct links into the house of commons via the local MP's

Bean1984 12 December 2012 05:16 PM

Somehow im sure they will still bump the price up. You cant trust the goverment

Sorry if I have missed where its come from, but what's any of this got to do with the so called good fuel campaign? And are the prices not still high?

joz8968 29 March 2013 02:11 PM

The above cancellations, postponements and deferments were brought about, in large part, by pressure brought to bear on the govt by The FFUK team and its members.

And yes, fuel is still far too high, regardless. But this is something QW and his team are determined to try to address still.

The fight goes on...

CharlySkunkWeed 29 March 2013 02:14 PM

They are high , so imagine if there was no campaign !

If you think the prices are so high , sign up and at least you are helping (albeit slightly)

stipete75 29 March 2013 04:11 PM

I just put £20 in fuel tank,
Nearly £13 of that is tax!!
Shocking!!

stipete75 29 March 2013 04:13 PM

Without tax petrol would be 52p per litre

Encouraging.

If taking Cameron at his word is anything to go by.

Yeah, I agree
I still say that fair fuel has made a big difference in the fuel duty battle.

joz8968 24 April 2013 11:30 AM

Totally agree. Fair play to them (and us!)...

Do you however find his action so far on those promises he made to us in order to get elected very encouraging?

So just over a year ago since the last post was added.
And what has the so called fair fuel campaign been up to?
As there certainly don't seem like anything's been going on! Just like a fuel card campaign thing that went on years ago with the promise of signing up to a card for up to 25% off fuel purchases, and that was just a way to get peoples emails and do naff all else for what it was supposed to be for :(

CharlySkunkWeed 06 June 2014 10:14 PM
