Did the UK 2.0L STI come with Tumble Generator Valves?

The blank valve bodies are used but none of the other bits, so no they are not used

What do you mean yb the "blank valve bodies" ??

these are the main bodies of the tgv's before any machining would be done to fit the valves

ah, ok, thanks for the confirmation.

this is good news because it means these valves are not needed for the engine to hit EU3 emissions :-)
