GoPro Video-Impreza & Trans Am
 

New to the Gopro camera scene, so just trying it out see how it goes.
Weather was lovely, so took the chance to go for a drive following my Dad in his Trans Am.....a pleasent way to spend a Sunday afternoon.......

The quality is actually really good from the gopro.

It is a nice looking Tranny:rolleyes:......I will record the noise it makes, whether I put it up on this site I'm not sure being none Subaru:nono:
His speedo only reads upto 80mph cool hey, so thats his excuse lol

I think so too, recorded in 1080, because I have to convert the file to AVI to run on windows movie maker Im sure it looses some quality, proably be worse if recorded in 720......but pretty good for a little lens.

How did you fix the GoPro, and what to ?

Using the suction mount (GoPro Motorsport Edition) inside windscreen just under the rear view mirror.

I love the way you got your car to sound like its going real fast but you only did 30mph!


(That's just so the police don't question your speed if they see the vid!)hahaha

That's the beauty of the GoPro.......that make it seem faster than it really is, that's my story and I'm sticking to it;)
External Mic used to enhance sound.

Honestly mate, taht is a dream setup of the 2 cars together. The Bandit Edition Trans Am is my dream car. So much so I've got the Phoenix Tattooed.

looks like you struggled to keep up with the tranny??

It supprised me how fast it was but I didn't get too close as it was my dad, let him get up the road in some space and enjoy the open road!.

Really good that mate. I bought one last year, not used it yet tho.

Sounds sweet. I remember fitting a windscreen to a car like your dads years ago when i was in the trade. They are proper stunning!
