Off to Budapest tomorrow
 

Can anyone recommend which currency to take, I have seen some prices quoted in euros and other in Forints. I'd rather not carry more than one around with me, so what does anyone that has been there recommend?

Also any decent clubs etc?

It's a fantastic place , actually 2 city's budda & pesh hence the name / please tho what ever you do stay away from the strip clubs - it is still a very dark place if your not street wise , they will lure you in & charge stupid money for drinks , iv heard ov guys been threatened with bills of £400 for 1 drink etc .. Don't let this put you off tho , it's a great place / the best club is bed beach about 10k north of city on the river Danube , it's held in a stately home , chicks also outnumber guys 10-1 in Hungary , & thr ladies are some of the finest looking in the world - so hope you enjoy m8

Agreed. Dont take Euros, go local currency. We did and didnt have a problem!
