2002 WRX - tracker?

Hi,

Does the fact that a 2002 WRX has a OE looking "TRACKER" sticker in the rear window mean there is infact a tracker fitted somewhere?

What do i do if i had no paperwork for the tracker?

no tracker company has ever provided stickers.
chances are its not got one if theres no paperwork for it
