6 speed conversion on my p1

There's a bit more to it than that.

What rear diff are you going to use?

If using the diff that comes with the box you'll need to change the rear hubs and shafts too. You'll also need to change wheels as those hubs are 114x5 pcd.

The most simple way to fit that box to your p1 is to keep the rear as it is and just swap the 4.44 R160 to a UK 3.54 R160 Diff. That will pair up with the box nicely and is the most hassle free way of doing the conversion.

cheer mate, ive all ready a the full 06 sti car that im stripping and keeping bits i want for my self and selling the rest so that why i needed to no if i needed the 4 lateral arms ? ive all ready got the drive shafts and diff otherwise id just buy that diff cos it sound easer, could i just put an 03 sti rear hub on cos that will fit the r180 shaft and the pcd is 5x100 or could i just swap the flange over on them ? all this diff matching confuses me lol

If you've already got the bits then I'd swap the lot, front and rear. Hubs as well and run 114 pcd wheels. Everything is upgraded and stronger then.
