Newbie here.....
Hi all,
The name's Sean. i'm 25 and originally from Ayrshire but now i reside over in East Lothian. I've always owned VAGs and decided that i fancied a change, so i took the plunge and go jap and AWD. As i have a 9 week old girl i needed something that was big and comfy but not too expensive to insure (pretty much rules out all impreza wrx/sti's) but also still had a little bit of poke to it, so i got my hands on a 2003 Forester 2.0 XT The main reason for choosing a subaru over anything else....... having a future father-in-law that is a subaru/isuzu specialist ;) so i know the car will be well looked after without having to pay crazy labour costs :) Hoping that this forum is as helpful as all the other VAG forums i'm a member on, since i'm a novice to tuning the boxer engine i'm hoping being on here will be very handy :) Cheers |
a warm welcome to you mate....

Well it's been a while since I've been on here so could class me as a newbie again lol.
Finally getting my hands on a blobeye at the end of May :D It's a 2005 Impreza WRX 300 with the optional spoiler fitted. Having to wait until the end of May as this is when (touch wood) I will pick up my 5th years NCB.... And a nice insurance quote under £450 :) Not bad for a 26yr old with 3points on his licence :) Will post a pic up of how she sits now.... The father in law is the owner just now. |
