2001 "Y" reg Bugeye WRX for sale. Quick sale wanted

I have been the keeper of this for the last 2 years and in my time its been absolutely brilliant the only reason for selling is that I want to either get a blob/hawk eye STi or a 350z again.

The car has 3 former keepers myself being the 4th and current owner.
The car has currently got just over 74k on the clock its around 74300 but this will go up slightly as the car is used daily.
I have all the the MOT's from its very first one to verify the mileage.
Car has just been MOT'd and it sailed through and due to being done early has 13 months on it, its also Taxed till I think 08/12

Its got full service history mostly Subaru including cambelt and tensioner although its more recent service was done by a mechanic friend who worked at Nissan then by himself, however I have all the receipts for parts purchased.
An oil change was carried out just a few months ago.

The body work is very well kept for the year with only a few minor light scratches around the fuel flap and a stone chip to the front bumper.
There is no rust to the body work that I can see. I can take photos if people wish to see these and can email them.

The car is fitted with a Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser as well as a Traffic master Tracker

New Varta battery fitted in 06/2010
New clutch fitted in 10/2011
New rear shocks fitted 10/2011
Tein lowering springs fitted 10/2011
Whiteline anti-lift kit fitted 10/2011
New Toad Cat 1 alarm immobiliser fitted 8/2011 got rid of the rubbish Sigma one

The car benefits from the usual WRX spec plus;
Subaru fitted removable tow bar (fitted from new I believe)
Samco silicone turbo hoses
Prodrive Backbox
Scoobyworld black mudflaps
Lowered on Tein lowering springs (only fitted 10/2011)
I also have a Prodrive second de-cat not fitted which can be sold with the car if wanted.
I also have a blobeye STi interior which for the right price can be included also.

Forgot to mention its had the all important cambelt etc changed at i think it was 56k
Also for those concerned since i have had the car its never towed anything and the removable towbar has never been fitted
This really is a very well kept car needs to be seen to be appreciated
