can anyone help????? 1997 wrx non start after jacking up raer of car to change wheels. got spark and fuel. please help

Is the fuel pump defo priming? Can you hear it?

can hear pump. smell of fuel and pressure at filter when clip slackened.

I had similar problems check your cam and crank sensors!
