Hi all. i'm new to this site. I don't know if anyone can help? I have a 1993 wrx and the check engine light comes on and the car cuts out. When i try to start the car again it mis-fire and runs bad. Then it will run ok for a bit and then it will cut out again. Can some one please help??:idea:

You need to check the fault codes. Do a search and there will be a post on here about doinhg it on your car, once you have the codes post them up. From my reading on here I think it will be the MAF sensor (don't quote me). Do a search on here for that aswell as it well tell you how to test the MAF sensor. Just to help you the MAF sensor is between the airbox and the pipe running under the inlet manifold to the turbo. I have a newage which is slightly different to the classic so not 100% sure of the methods to use.
