Hawkeye Aircon Pump Rattle
 

I get a rattle from my aircon pump when it switches on or off and it seems to be coming from the front section which has a triangular plate with three thick pins within circular housings. This triangular plate can move and is what seems to be causing the rattle.

I would appreciate it if anyone would check their pumps (engine off please otherwise pump could start up) to see if the triangular plate moves and whether there is anything within the circular housings other than the thick pins which should stop the movement.
