Track/fast street tyres heads up

I was just going to buy a set of Yoko Advan AD08 225/45/17 from Camskill for 118 per corner ex delivery.
I then phoned Elite to see if they would fit them for me and they can supply them fitted, balanced, new valves and dispose of the old ones for 127 per corner all in.
How good is that?
