car died on way home
 

:cry: as above! overtook a car, doing about 60 in 4th, pulled back in and a couple of seconds later!! no power. pulled over, waited a short while before trying to start it again. Nothing, checked under bonnet in the pitch black but couldnt see anything. RAC man arrived, brief chat n squirted some easy start on the filter and it wanted to run but gave up! so theres a spark. checked fuel pump(working) but was told the flow of petrol coming thro was a tad slow!! how can this be checked? pump is2/3 mths old, also if a boost pipe or similar has come loose? shouldnt the car run? at least??
