HKS Oil Filters

Want to change my oil soon & came across these, does anyone use them or know if there any good? Also what oil can someone recommend?

Not worth paying a premium imo, I use genuine subaru filter as most tuners will. You may benefit from better flow rate i,m not sure, but regular oil changes is the way to go. I do mine every 5k..

Fair enough, I'll stick with genuine Subaru then. What oil do you use?

Been looking around & Opieoils recommends 10W50 buy the manual says 5W30 so a bit confused. It's a 2004 Sti UK.
