iphone ! all you can eat data !!
 

hell there, i have a iPhone 4 ( jail broken ) and recently change my 3 add on pack - all you can eat data ! £3 !! now the problem that I have is I cannot use my WiFi for tethering !! my laptop connects but when i try and load Google home page i get a message popping up saying i cannot tether !!

anyway round this ??? i phoned my service provider and was told you cannot tether on the unlimited data plan !

Do you have the personal hotspot option in network settings? Are you on pay as you go?
Because I'm on 3 with there £15 a month SIM 300 contract and I can tether.

hi, before i upgraded to the all you could eat data i could tether fine, i have the personal hotspot and wifi 5 on my iphone which i have used before . i just wondered if there was any trickery out there to get round using my unlimited data off my phone contract with ipad or laptop :idea:

I am on the unlimited data and I can tether fine. (I have a desire HD though)
