This seems to be very expensive
Can anyone point me in the direction of an insurer who might be slightly more friendly ?

I'm with Privilege too. Others I know of have used Elephant and Tesco insurance too. Shop around, get them working against each other.

I use axa - they insure trackdays - yes they do - keep nagging though.

Priveledge are good - elephant and tescos are cheap - but you get what you pay for ! :)
