Morrette beam pattern

I have hd bulbs in my morrettes dip beam but is there a lens I can fit to get a FLAT cut off instead of that tail to the left. Thanks

All RHD headlights will have that tail off to the left, its a legal requirement and is tested at MOT

What year car? What Morettes? Why do you want the flat beam pattern?

What is an HD bulb?

? HID

With Bug Morettes I'd suggest lighting a Swan Vesta........just about the same effect :(

They're HID in my 02 Bugeye morrettes conversion DIP only and they are a great improvement over the standard bulbs that were in these morrettes when i bought them BUT i darn't set them too high in case these 'tails' dazzle oncoming traffic.

Are the tails like this: \_____ \_____ ?

Or like this? _____/ _____/ ?

If it's the top, those tails are SUPPOSED to be there, they are to illuminate the verges, sides of te road, cycles, pedestrians that your dip cut-off doesn't. They are a LEGAL requirement for MoT, beam pattern is checked and it should be that pattern.

If they are like the bottom ones, you have the wrong lights installed for the UK;)

If your lights are causing too much dazzle because of the HID bulbs, you ought to go back to Halogen. The lights are designed for halogen bulbs and even a mm or so difference in bulb position can cause lack of focus and glare.

Sounds like a cheap HID kit which isn't focussing?
