Broke the header tank nipple anyone know a bodge?
 

Broke the damned nipple on the header tank which goes to the turbo, has anyone done a successful temp repair?

You could try a piece of 'microbore' copper pipe and solder it ?

Only a suggestion though !

I have got it from a motor factors in the UK, might even have been halfrauds.

Made a connector using two sizes of copper pipe chemical metal join, fingers crossed it doesn't let go on the motorway!

I have a metal header tank you can have for £20 posted.

My metal one also broke. Had it silver soldered back on and its been good for ages
