Genuine blob prodrive spoiler
 

Anyone know where I can find one of these, I'm after the one with 2 legs that fits on to a blob wrx boot lid and the edges overlap and fold down like rabbits ears, Ideally in good condition and in 02c wr blue

I'm looking at removing my STI boot lid and genuine STI spoiler in favour of a wrx lid and prosdrive spoiler

Tried eBay and pro drive but there's nothing
Anyone know of 1 being sold?

Dont you mean "Prodrive Spoiler" ??

Think you mean the prodrive spoiler either the one fitted the the UK300 or the one fitted to the GB270

ooh I have one of these prodrive spoilers on my blob, are they rare ? I was thinking of swapping to an Sti spoiler, have been trying to find out if the sti spoiler would cover the holes of the prodrive spoiler and how much extra work fitting a new one would be :)

I think I could be wrong but you have to drill a few more holes. Think most people buy the spoiler with the boot lid.

Yep the prodrive spoiler has the same 4 holes as the standard wrx one, the STi has about 8 or 10 can't remember so you will have to either drill some more holes or change the boot lid ,genuine STi spoiler will cost roughly the same price mate.

You would need more holes. Its better to get the whole bootlid with tentioners.

Sold my spare prodrive spoiler a while back, you can drop lucky on one for about £200 but usually go for £250-£300 similar to genuine STI spoilers, sold mine for about £290 and it needed paint.

Just can't find a prodrive one anywhere on the likes of eBay, plus I'll need a wrx boot ideally with a square lock as mines got all the holes for the STI wing

Loads of people would be ready to swap you their WRX bootlid. there is no point using your original one because you will have to fill the holes and then prep it and then paint it, definately harder then it sounds and not worth the extra work.

Yeah I'm going to look out for a 2004/5 square boot lock boot in wr blue with the stock spoiler then wait for s prodrive spoiler to come up

I think but not 100% but the square lock is part of the actual lock. So if you have a round lock it doesn't matter what year boot you get when you put your original lock back in it will be the same shape as before.

If you have a square lock already then no issues.
