Sound proofing the scooby

Ok I'm wanting to add some sound proofing to my classic wagon
What will be the best stuff to use cheers

Best in terms of sound deadening would be Dynamat xtreme however it's not the cheapest! Or how about a noise killer kit - http://www.noisekillergb.com/product....asp?ItemID=75.
