BMW Boot Lip Spoiler for Impreza?

Would this be the right one to fit on the Impreza's spoiler?
does it have the same amount of curve to follow the lines, or is it flexible enough to bend it in the way you need it?

I don't know about that particular item, but those that I know of who have fitted them on here took the spoiler from an E46 M3. My knowledge of BMW's is very limited so I have no idea if this is the same spoiler though.

If you have a 2005 impreza just look for the spoiler off of the A-line impreza

It is a 2005 spoiler I have, but isn't the A-line spoiler big in comparison to the BMW one?
I'll have to try and find a pic of one.

Also not sure how the A-line one would fit ontop of my spoiler, I know the BMW ones works as I'd seen them before ages ago.

There is a chap on here called Ian. He posts in the east anglia section quite often.
He has a very similar spoiler fitted to his car, worth an ask.

I think EMB tried that and it doesnt fit the curve of the newage bootlid and IIRC Frayz has one on his STi spoiler, guerney flap he calls it.

Which spoiler version do you have? I have in the unit carbon fibre boot lip spoilers for the E60 and E90 Bmw's and i can offer them up to my 05 WRX spoiler if you like

beef-on-the-bone 20 December 2011 04:10 PM

had one of these on my classic, only soft plastic so a little trim to length, comes with double sided sticky, job done!

Abx 20 December 2011 04:21 PM

Should be fine and looks the same as those I have seen fitted in the past, just check its long enough with the seller, then you'll need to trim one end to size

Paulzero:- version I have is 05 STI. Don't think the e60 & e90 are the same as what I had been looking for as in the e46 style.
Carbon ones sound nice though.
Plan was to get plain plastic and colour code it.

HT04 aka Dan yeah any more info on model of the M3, location of said part, cost would be brilliant. Do you have one fitted then?
