painting alternator
 

has anybody painted the center of their alternator,if so what did you use,i was wandering if hammerite smooth would be ok?:confused:

I'm in the process of having my alternator colour chromed by a guy who's experimenting with some impreza parts for me. Heres a taster

looking good are you painting the internal part?,ive had a m8 polish mine and a few other bits,sprayed the brackets black,just want to paint the internal part you can see,not sure what paint to use :wonder:

not painting it internally, theres no point. Its been stripped and cleaned anyway. You can paint the middle part with standard aerosol paint iirc.
