Urgent help needed

Hi guys

I've a 2001 sportswagon and today the bloody alarm will not turn off
I've changed the batteries in the remotes and still the alarm will not turn off it's currently stuck in a multi storie car park and I'm lost what to do.

I've called the AA and they were no help saying it needs a alarm specialist to look at it............

Anybody recommend some where to take it. I'm based in Romford.

Or any other ideas that may help.

Ok guys sorted it.

After reading several posts I went through all the paperwork I had for the car and found 4 digits written down tapped them into over ride the system and started the motor up.
Drove it home key fobs work just fine.
So interference on the top floor of a outdoor car park was the cause.

Thanks to all those who offered help and advise.
