engine management light?
 
Just been out in the scoob for a troll was running fine till some golf R32 decided he wanted race so as you do kindly made him dissapear but as i slowed back down the engine management light is on and wont go off i don't have a clue why??? any ideas

could be a hundred different reasons, need to get the fault code.
what car is it, if its a classic its easy to read the fault codes.

I guess you have a bug WRX and have hit the rev limiter and thrown a camshaft position sensor error........ just a guess

Yeah thats what i was thinking need to get a scanner on it, its wrx uk300

so had the scanner on it today you was right it come up with camshaft sensor so cleared the codes the light has now gone out but seems to running like a bag of ****??? :cry:

I usually never clear this code,because after few starts this error will disappear.

Yeah i thought that but started it a good few times and even took battery off but was still there.

Engine management light
 
Deffo a cam sensor fault mate, happened to mine , went off after 5 starts but came back on as soon as i redlined ...dissapeared with the remap though :)

got one for yas though , looking at wheels for my bugeye , they state they are a set of 19" from a hawkeye with 110 offset ??? thought they were all 114 offset ? any ideas guys

hawkeye wrx are 100pcd stis are 114 pcd:thumb:
