Have i priced this too high??? Would take £6700

mussel 29 November 2011 03:36 PM

Guys how come no one is interested have I done something wrong in the ad?

Matthew_JDM 29 November 2011 04:23 PM

I think maybe some better pictures mate, surely a twin scroll blobeye is worth more than 6700 for that price your giving it away.

fawor 29 November 2011 04:29 PM

clean it- alloys, wax tyres, new pictures-inside (clean of course)will help ,maybe

mussel 29 November 2011 04:37 PM

Thanks guys will do tomorrow with new and better pics. I need it gone before january as Insurance premium has now doubled for no reason.

newby 29 November 2011 05:21 PM

sti

the trouble is the performance car market is dead, when a top spec 03 plate sti only makes £5200 on here you know things are bad.

scooby kid 30 November 2011 08:31 AM

i could be interested if better pics mate!

mussel 30 November 2011 06:08 PM

Hi pictures can be found at:

Thank you

I would also advise more details regarding map/ mapper. I think people on here would prefer more in depth info than just stating 360bhp.

james28 01 December 2011 12:54 PM

pictures look much better
nice looking car

Kedlestone 01 December 2011 02:13 PM

Very tempting indeed...if only I had the full wedge for it :( If you still have it in Jan I might be back :)

Kedlestone 01 December 2011 02:34 PM

I think this says something about the current climate,

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi.../sti?logcode=p

A few bargains to be had it seems.

rickya 01 December 2011 04:32 PM

I think it would be courteous to the seller for others to not post other cheaper cars on his thread! Also as it's not comparable anyway.

L.J.F 01 December 2011 04:57 PM

Is the car still on the factory clutch or has that been replaced already?

Kedlestone 01 December 2011 04:59 PM

I'm not looking to make a comparrison, I was just pointing out that it's a sad state of affairs when you can now pick them up so cheap.

rickya 01 December 2011 05:28 PM

Your right the Subaru used market is abissamal at the moment and doesn't look to get any better.

Berks-Jack 01 December 2011 08:15 PM

Lovely car mate, maybe slow selling as it's just the wrong side of Xmas. If you had put this up for sale march/ April time then I would have definitely been interested in it but I've got a tax bill to pay in January unfortunately!

JDM STi vs UK STi with PPP is not a fair comparison.

Good luck and I hope someone buys it soon.

mussel 10 December 2011 05:44 AM

still for sale

sound of turbo 11 December 2011 07:05 PM

mp ;)

mussel 30 December 2011 03:01 AM

guys if anyone has a gp 1-5 insurance car e.g. fiat 500 mini one etc would be interested in a PX of one of those as well. Thank you

shawnkng 30 December 2011 02:39 PM

hi nice car mate have you got it advertised on ebay, pistonheads ect
the market is slow but there is not that many newer shape sti imports about
and i have not seen many in silver and 6700 is priced ok good luck with the sale

dbrad 02 January 2012 08:51 PM

My offer still stands buddy.

mussel 02 January 2012 09:13 PM

Dbrad thanks buddy but £5500 is too low, I could take off another bit more but at £5500 I'd rather just leave it in the garage. Unles your willing to come nearer the asking price which itself is still low for a twinscroll car with DCCD and xenons etc Sorry
