smell of burning oil or rubber

hi all

sometimes when i am sitting in the drivers seat of my v4 98 wrx sti
i can sometimes smell a burning oil or rubber smell its not that strong.

anyone help on what it could be thank you.

Might be rocker cover gaskets leaking.

i have the same thing and am 98% sure its my rocker gasket
