Cigar lighter
 

Hi guys n gals.
I had a slow puncture in my 06 hawkeye so I used my plug in pump and when it got to 32psi it stoped so I unpluged it and found the plug was hot. now the socket will not work. I've checked the fuse and its ok.
Any ideas.

Are you sure its not the fuse? I plugged mine in to my mates car to blow his tyre up and it blew the fuse.....

Why is this in the Welsh bit :wonder:!

Checked the fuse and it looks good. I'll get the meter out tomorrow. Thanks

There's a piece of fuse wire soldered to the back of the cigarette lighter aswell as the fuse.
I over loaded mine once and that "popped" before the fuse did. I soldered a piece of wire there instead.

I would never have seen it Mike but you where spot on the fuse wire had blown but looked intact.
