Renewing coolant / anti freeze advice
 

Im going to renew the engine coolant / antifreeze before the really cold weather get here, but I have never done a coolant change on my Scoob before.

Do I need specific Subaru antifreeze or will 'generic' coolant from Halfords / motorfactors be OK? I have heard that a specific Subaru cooling system conditioner will be required as well :wonder:.
Im guessing that the reservoir above the turbo & rad will need refilling as well?

As this is my 1st coolant change on the Scoob I dont want to balls it up :confused:

Thanks for the links, will get it done before the freezing weather hits

I did mine the other month and used Subura coolant antifreeze as it was about the same price as halfords
