What boost should my97 saloon turbo be running?
 

Hi, just wondering what boost my 97 uk turbo awd 4 dr saloon should be running.
I get just under 10 psi under full load is this about right, i think it may be a bit low?

I think it should be 0.9 bar which is 12 PSI. So yes a bit low. Check all your pipes for splits and make sure everything is tight.

standard boost on your car is 0.7 bar, about 10 psi.

Are you sure about that?

whats the code on the ecu they both could be right

My old 97 STI V3 used read 0.9 bar 12psi

97 sti runs 0.9 bar standard
97 wrx or uk runs 0.7 bar standard
from my understanding but i could be wrong.

My lights on my gauges dont work at night. I just went and checked again in daylight its actualy 6psi lol definatley something leaking lol
