Fuel gauge not working correctly.
 

My fuel gauge has decided lately to become a bit temperamental, it goes up and down and i'm never to sure if it's telling me the truth lol.
It has had a couple of knocks by mistake recently as i have had the dash out, but other than this what could it be?

The sender is in the tank. Most likely cause as the gauge only does what the sender 'says'

think you can get to it under the seat got to take mine out 2moro the seat i mean lol will let you know
