Paypal problem
Hi folks :)
I sold a dump valve on Ebay last week and payment was sent to my Paypal account. Funds were all fine, dv was sent fine and signed for ok. Buyer left me glowing feedback and I in return left them good feedback etc Yesterday Paypal emailed me saying that the buyers bank are trying to claw back the funds as it hadn't been delivered! I'm like, WTF!! I emailed the buyer and he says that he don't know what's going on and has not got on to his bank for anything etc and he's 100% happy with the item. Paypal want proof of posting or on-line tracking number. The email seems legit and I emailed the address in original email and it says that they cant read it etc but tells me the way to go about contacting them properly. Has anyone had similar dealings? I am just confused about it as the seller knows nothing about it :brickwall |
Phone PayPal direct, they are pretty good on the phone, good luck
