Thanks for all the help I should of said it was not for a plumber that was just a example. It 's for a sales agent so they don't need a big website but a basic one page website would be good.

I'd like to add that you might not want the registrar and host to be the same company. Registrars with an independent registrar you can move your site when you wish just be updating the DNS records. If the two are linked you might find that more difficult. You might want to move your site when a reliable host gets taken over by pirates and the service goes to pot. Which has happened with my site at least twice in the last 15 years!
