Teething problems.. Help

Hi guys, I have just re-shelled my 2002 wrx after the timingbelt snapped going round a corner locking everything up and causing me to roll the car. A have the car running again but when u turn the ignition on the coolant fan and fuel pump pulse on and of until u start the car. Once the car has had a run up 2 temperature the fans only coming on for a few seconds and it's getting hot. The temp gauge doesn't seem to be goin above have but u can smell coolant and see steam from under the bonnet. The car seem to be holding back. The engine management light is constantly flashing even when u clear the fault codes. The fault codes that getting brought up are. 1 p0500 vehicle speed sensor. 2 1518 starter switch. 3 1591 neutral position switch. 4 o2 sensor circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2. 5 02 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 1. 6 02 sensor circuit hight voltage bank 1 sensor 1. The car was running perfect before it was rolled. Any help on this would be appreciated cause a do no where to start. Thanks guys

Sounds like it's in test mode. Stick your head under the steering colum and disconnect the two green plugs from each other.
