It was worth a punt though!!

martin850 08 October 2011 01:40 PM

That makes me fell better :thumb:

Budgie 08 October 2011 04:52 PM

just got my cancellation email from them also

a5h 08 October 2011 11:33 PM

Typical they screw up and they are under no obligation to honour it yet you screw up and they nail you to the nearest wall.

Budgie 08 October 2011 11:43 PM

Best way to get them at their own game is not to buy from them in the future.
If anyone does require tools then let me know as I buy about 15k worth every year so do get some good deals.
Not as good as £1.40 though so be sensible

To be honest mate would never go Euro car parts as I had to many bad experiences with them previously but at£1.40 for a Bosch drill I had to have a punt.

Budgie 08 October 2011 11:47 PM

Hi Guys

Our customer service team have sent an email to the selected customers - This was on a first come, first serve basis. If you have not received an email, then unfortunatley you were not choosen.

From what I saw, atleast 2 of the choosen ones are members on ScoobyNet.

Once again, sorry for the inconvienence.

Patrick

Cheeky!

I believe it says in the emails, regardless of QTY ordered, all the 'choosen ones' will receive 1 unit :notworthy

We had less than 10, which were full price units, and had to do it first come first served!

:luxhello:

alanbell 10 October 2011 05:54 PM

do i get one free one then ????

Hi Alan,

The first customers to email us, were sent a email about 30minutes ago,

If no email was sent, then you won't be receiving one, because there were members who had emailed or phoned before you.

Budgie 10 October 2011 06:41 PM

Maybe it helps if you have an account with them like Alan has
Or maybe its if you said anything bad about them in here
Looks to me like the first come first served list started on here with Flyinspanner and so on.

Flyinspanner 10 October 2011 07:26 PM

Wish it did work that way...

mike h 10 October 2011 07:41 PM

I didn't get an email :(

Looks like I'll be keeping old faithfull
