carbon wrapped roofed uk300, was it anyones off here
 

My mate has just bought a 2005 uk300 from a garage in nelson, just wondering if anyone knows it, black wheels with a carbon wrapped roof and mirror caps?

A 2005 UK300??? The UK300 was a run of 300 bugeyes in 2001 if I remember correctly

They also did a run of blob eye UK 300's, our mate Gaz had one.:cool:

I thought the run of 300 blobeyes were called WRX300

Spot on :thumb: they were given gold wheels, black/blue STi style interior with the yellow Subaru swoosh and I think PPP! :) few other little bits and pieces ;)

I know who owned it but only through contacting them when they were selling it privately before selling it to the garage.

Was it up for £7,495 (or thereabouts? been a while since i was looking)

I've done a few carbon roofs and mirror caps on cars from up that way but not sure I can remember doing a UK/WRX 300

Yes was my car for a while. Originally i had it off Gaz. Part ex`d it a while back for a Skoda VRs Diesel.

Never really used it, and wanted a better daily driver. If you want to know anything give me a shout. Sold a fair few bits off it before i got rid of it, but did have some things done.

Was told it would need a new Clutch rather soon, and did get the occasional bit of slip myself when driving it for a longer period at speed.

Enjoyable car though and was mint, even when sold.
