swapping interiors

My Scooby currently has the 22B/RB5 interior but im getting a bit sick of the uncomfortable front seats...so what interior will fit into my 1999 classic?? will the newage (2001-2004ish) STI interior fit?
I dont think the door cards will fit, but my main concern is obviously the front seats.

You can get any seats to fit yours with the right rails.

hi mate, I have a 2000 classic and hated my seats. I fitted some grey/black seats from a newage bugeye that I picked up for £60 and theyre a massive improvement.

Only problem you will find is that the base of the seat sits higher on the later models so your higher up in the car, but other than that theyre great.

Any of the Sti 7/8 seats are a good upgrade and theres a cheap grey/black newage interior in the for sale section for £70.

Only thing is, you cant use the door cards, just the seats.

I've fitted STi7 seats into mine (99 turbo) and I honestly don't feel that big a difference - they are a lot prettier than the stock turbo seats though. If you get a chance to try the newage seats out before buying, be sure to do so. They are more supportive than the classic ones but I'm not sure I would have bought them if I could go back.
There are different shaped newage seats btw, the v9/10 seats are wider than the v7 ones - dunno if the v8s are the wider or narrower ones.

Also the STi backseat doesn't fold, I'm missing that in mine.
