I sold my old MY05 STI PPP for considerably more than than with similar mileage about a year and a half ago

I would bet it went for a bit less, and was priced to sell and thats why it did.

Too many sellers over value their cars which is the reason they take months to find a buyer and it's only when they get realistic about the price that they go.

I think it's priced about right. The mileage would put me off but also the fact that it's in the high Tax Bracket.
