I have a MY05 JDM DCCD Gearbox Wide Track Shafts. A chap from here wants to buy it, and put it into his Type R. What does he need to do to the front shafts to make them fit his classic. I know he can use his rear shafts ok. Is there a conversion kit for the front shafts.

I've got an 06 DCCD box on my Type R and I've trial fitted the fronts and seems to fit fine, just need to fit the retaining pin things :)

UK Or JDM, and is it wide track

The wide track only refers to the rear :) it's a UK box I believe but my Jap shafts fit straight on! :)

I think they are a straight fit as it's usually the rears where the issue lies depending on Jap/UK

My shafts go into the box, and pre 2005 shafts are roll pinned. Wide track is all round fella, there is a massive difference in length.
