Scotland v Argentina Ironic

Well the Jocks lost to Argentina - the very team they choose to support when England play them .
Fitting the referee was an Englishman !

For the record I always want Scotland to beat Argentina and Germany

Understandable, there is no point in supporting any of your own teams because they've been utter wank for years thus forcing the sweatys to look elsewhere for entertainment in sport :thumb:

"Finger on the pulse Rob" (it only took you 24 hrs to notice! ;)).

I support England when they're playing against Argentina, Germany, France, Italy, Brazil (footie), Spain, Costa Rica, Belize, Vatican City FC, etc, etc. Or in other words, any time they play against a non celtic/British team.

The Argies were pretty spawny to win the rugby. We controlled the game and would have won if we'd taken our opportunities (and not lost possession every time we were tackled! :Whatever_).

I am taking some **** on here - I don't talk bollocks all the time SiPie . Sometimes I grant you , but not all the time.
AND AtheJ . I agree Scotland did control the game and will be a hurdle for England to overcome on Saturday .

A very small hurdle Rob, sadly I think England will win easily as they seem to be blending well, just when it matters.

Hope to be proven wrong but good luck to England if they should progress.

Think you may be right enough about us being just a wee hurdle SiPie, sadly! There's always a chance in a one off game!

England have made a decent start though - hope they beat The All Blacks in the Quarters!

Nope, can't agree with you on that one. Wife's family all live in NZ now, and the amount of time we've spent in NZ means that I want them to win this cup (after Scotland of course :lol1: and even although I have SA in the office sweep)

Meeting Jonah Lomu

and Richie McCaw.... on 2 seperate visits to NZ also makes me favour the All Blacks :D
