Spluttering at 5k revs????
 

car goes great but at higher revs the car is spluttering, i changed the spark plugs NGK7 all gaped to correct size, could it be my coilpacks or ignition leads?

Car is 95 wrx import

possibly you coil packs, why dont you pull them out and check them ?

i had the same problem from about 4000 revs hesitation and stuttering and i checked the plugs, leads, cleaned the boost solenoid, had the fuel pressure checked, new lamda sensor and it turned out to be the maf.

i had the same problem with my non turbo 2k impreza turned out to be a failing spark lead
