Oil pump anyone?

This is how Roger Clark Motorsport present their uprated oil pumps.
It's just one reason why we use these in all our builds!

mike h 20 September 2011 09:51 PM

Wouldn't it be funny if the box was full of bite size oil pump chocolates!:lol1:

ditchmyster 20 September 2011 10:32 PM

They obviously use high quality boxes, must take ages to put them together and the level of r & d that goes into getting the box to fit the pump perfectly, the attention to detail is outstanding, the continuity of care is truly amazing.

I'm getting a semi-on at the sight of the rcm logo and look forward to the day when i can behold such a work of art in the flesh:D

Midlife...... 20 September 2011 10:36 PM

They have some flaws.......my RCM Red oil filer cap has a spelling mistake, it has an "r" missing .....mind you it is a few years old LOL

Shaun

kennyc 20 September 2011 11:02 PM

now that is class.

alcazar 21 September 2011 09:00 AM

Class it is, but how many of us would vote for a plain box, that brown oiled paper that Stanley Knife blades used to come in and a reduction in their prices?

The box is of no use ON the car, is it?

Cammy5106 21 September 2011 09:09 AM

I got a box like that when I bought my RCM induction kit, I too was impressed with it, so much I still have the box in my garage for keeping spares in.

SLAB 21 September 2011 09:09 AM

:norty:I would love a box like that will it be for sale when the pumps fitted :norty:
My hamster would be well happy getting buried in that

Sometimes in this world a little quality goes a long way towards peace of mind and a warm inner glow that comes from buying the best.
The best example I can think of is the difference beween shopping in Asda as opposed to Mark's and Spencer.
In this particular case, being fair, RCM have upgraded the presentation of their excellent products without a price increase.
Of course, we are always willing to pass on a worthwhile discount from RCM retail prices to Scoobynet customers. :thumb:

Stewart, as a most valued customer your box is here awaiting collection when you return for the mapping!

dunx 21 September 2011 01:34 PM

Do you flog them on your market stall ?

:lol1:

P.S. As a Yorkshireman, I'll settle for waxed paper and a smear of oil, but what I do in my own time is neither here nor there...

Kirstiestar 21 September 2011 01:40 PM

Midlife...... 21 September 2011 10:47 PM

......just checked my pump box again :)

OK it's brown but mine has a "warning sticker" saying fitting the pump does not prevent a bottom end failure.

Does yours ?
