Have you driven a car with the ohlins springs on? if so what were they like?
Mine has apexi coilovers and they are just too stiff, keeps cocking a wheel.
Any info/code writen on them?

hi, picture of the knock sensor indicator please

weetrav 14 September 2011 03:55 PM

Heres some pics

An engine knock indicator. It looks like a pain on the a*se to wire up so someone else can have it. The front sticker needs re-newed as well. Worked a treat though, which wouldn't of been a good thing when you think about it:lol1:

Hi mate!

There are no ratings etc on the springs, but they were quite soft/easy to live with on the road. I found them well balanced and could only compare them to the spring rates on a set of Tien Mono flex coilovers that my mate was running on his RA at the time.

Compared to the Eibach springs I'm running now 475 on the rear and 500 on the front these ohlins originals were luxury!!!:lol1:

I'll try and get some pics

What does the air fuel gauge need to read ? Does it need sensors etc? Does it come with everything to work?

Depends on the revs your pulling...... Basically, you don't want it running lean, if it is, the gauge shows you before its to late, then you can adjust fueling/map to compensate and stop a catastrophe!!

Sorry I don't mean what it does i know what it's for I mean does it need senders or sensors etc to work? And where does it connect to ? Are u just selling the gauge on it's own or does it come with what it needs to work? Cheers

Ahh.. I get ya!:D

It is connected up in parrallel to the lamda sensor via a small electrical module. This module is then connected up to the gauge. It seems relatively easy to install.
