if scoobynet is on a v bullitin board then yes they can read our pm's
i have sat in the front room of a forums chairman and owner and read pm's from member to member slagging off the club and members , so i know it can be done :thumb:

It is possible yes, but you need either server side access and to run a mysql query, or simpler is to install the vbulletin addon "Read PM's". Either way you need to have the appropriate rights.
